You should walk through the door of the interview room relaxed and worry-free. How? Well, start to reassure yourself by pondering on these points:

They are going to hire someone - it might as well be you.
Some of the other short-listed candidates will do very poor interviews and will not get the job.
Some of the other short-listed candidates will be obnoxious, unpleasant people and will not get the job.
Remember - the interviewer already thinks you can do this job! Don't talk yourself out of it by being too self-deprecating or too arrogant.
You might not like the manager who is interviewing you (or the organisation itself) in which case you get to say "no" to them. ("Ha! How do you like them apples!?")
By learning how the interview process works, you will already be better-prepared than many candidates.
If you have done your research and preparation, thought carefully about your phrasing, dressed correctly and turned up on time, you will be miles ahead of most candidates.
