Considering
changing your career path can be one of the most
daunting decisions you make in your life. Accepting
that you have either made a mistake in your career
choice or that the rug has been pulled out from
under what you thought was a safe career, is a
difficult realisation to come to.
Fortify's
approach to career transition is highly structured
and the methods that we use will be determined
by your needs. A 'one size fits all' approach
will not pay dividends in what is one of the most
crucial decisions you will ever make. Three maxims
underpin our approach to career management:
Get short-listed.
Chance favours the prepared mind.
Remember at the end of the day - it's only
a job.
So,
whether the change is as a result of a redundancy,
a significant drop in your job satisfaction or
a dramatic change in your sector, give us a call;
we will be happy to listen to your circumstances
and discuss your needs for your future career
in total confidence.
